Working hours of the department are from 8 am to 1 pm and 4 to 7 pm, Saturday to Wednesday. Students/staff/visitors may visit the department to avail any service during the working hours. Alternately, students can request for letters or documents online through CIS. Queries on academics related issues may be emailed to registrationdepartment@mecit.edu.om or to any of the staff member’s college mail id for which responses will be sent with appropriate advice within a working day’s time. General enquiries will be clarified on telephone.
However, for issue of any document students either need to apply online or fill relevant forms in the Registration Office which in certain cases may need approvals from other departments or units in the college. All requests will be processed within one working day provided necessary approvals come through.
Students may request online for student letters, graduate and expected to graduate letters, exam dates letters, original documents and copies of original documents, academic transcripts, etc. while for certain other documents they need to fill respective forms available in the Registration Office. To check details related to different documents issued to students, you may need to login.
