Registration Office forms an integral part of MECIT Registry. The Office is responsible for Module Forecasting, Module Registrations, (College Information System) CIS Configuration/Updating, printing and issue of letters, transcripts, and certificates to students, maintenance of student scholarship records, assisting students in registering their modules every semester, scheduling classes, monitoring student attendance and keeping track of the status, progression and awards of students and acts as a main source of communication for students, parents, guardians and sponsors.

The services offered by the office are as follows:

For students:

• Serves as primary information bureau in the campus on diverse matters related to student life at MECIT
• Enrolment of new intake students
• Issue of ID cards, Academic Calendars and Student Handbooks
• Storage and update of student data on CIS
• Module registrations and support on related issues
• Class schedules and assistance on related issues
• Receipt and documentation of student sick leave certificates
• Issue of letters requested by students for various purposes
• Issue of certificates, academic transcripts and module descriptions
• Act as facilitators for module and programme withdrawals and other academics related  concerns

For faculty members:

• Module forecasting
• Class Scheduling
• Configuration of modules and assessments on CIS
• Maintenance and updating curriculum for different programmes of study
• Day to day assistance on different matters related to administration of modules

For staff:

• Support to different departments/units in the college with regard to student data
• Information on faculty schedules and student schedules on request

For visitors:
Visitors include parents, guardians, employers and sponsors
