Registry Accounts Office
The Accounts Office commenced in October 2002. The composition of staff is made of expatriates and Omanis and  staff have several years relevant experience.

The activities consist of  service to students and staff on finance matters and liaison with external authorities like Ministries ,Banks, auditors, consultants etc in the performance of their functions.

Services offered by the office are as follows:

For Students

  • Fee collection counter
  • Tuition/ Course fee
  •  Hostel fee
  • Transport and
  • Other related fees
  • Information regarding fee policy
  • Information and documentation for availing bank loan
  • In case  students want deferred payment terms discussing the same with them and suitably advising them
  • Issue of NOC for getting Hall Ticket to write exams.
  • Issue of NOC in case services are blocked due to non payment of fees

For MECIT Staff

  • Salary process, payout and communication of bank transfers
  • Advice on opening bank account
  • Loan/ advance disbursement as per MECIT policy
  • Per-diem for
  • Business travel
  • Seminar
  • Conference, etc
  • as per MECIT policy.
  • Information regarding discount eligibility for studies in the College
  • Information on process for availing bank loans,buying a vehicle etc.
