One of the main attractions of studying at MECIT is the range of accommodation available for the students. MECIT offers accommodation in the form of Halls of Residence for our students. All the hostels are within the reach of the Campus. These halls of residence provide each student with the opportunity for living as part of the student community and for establishing friendship with peers who have varied interests and backgrounds.

There are separate Halls of Residence for male and female students. The experience of operating MECIT Halls of Residence suggests that the key to having an enjoyable time in the halls is to get to know fellow residents and the wardens and take part in the various activities that promote a community environment conducive to academic studies and positive social experience.

The Halls of Residence also have amenities such as round the clock security for the safety of students, trained wardens to handle student issues, recreation rooms, study rooms and provision for laundry and cooking, thus ensuring that the students are comfortable and safe. Additionally, students are provided with services like weekly shopping trips, provision of transport for visiting a doctor to the hospitals.

Transportation
The Middle East College For information and technology is committed to provide full access to its facilities to all students and faculty. As part of that commitment, the college administration has provided a bus transportation system that is available and accessible from the communities it serves to the main campus. All currently enrolled students and faculty are eligible to use the bus transportation system.
The service area for the system, its hours of operation, and the locations for each bus stop will be printed in the college schedule each semester. The notification will include a statement that the buses operated by the college are accessible to all individuals.

Refectory:
The College has a large cafeteria with 388 seats, which caters exclusive food menu raging from Arabic, Indian and Chinese cuisines.
The cafeteria is open from Saturday to Wednesday from 6.30am to 8.30pm. The cafeteria is located on the Ground Floor -Facilities Center.

Auditorium:
The college auditorium has a seating capacity of 280. Theatre style seating and has the state of art audio visually equipments. The auditorium is ideal for seminars and events. The college allows students to use the facility for a reasonable fee on hourly basis.
Students have to book the auditorium prior in advance; this facility will be let out subjected to the availability.
