Campus planning & Maintenece is responsible for maintaining the infrastructural facilities and making the college a pleasant environment for students, visitors and fellow employees.

The unit goals includes:

1. Maintaining and upkeeping the college and hostel premises.
2. Ensuring that assets are adequately maintained.
3. Ensuring that associated risks are effectively managed and reported to the management.
4. Ensuring that the college and hostel assets perform effectively and efficiently throughout their service life.
5. Ensuring that appropriate evaluations are made before procuring products  / services.
