| MECIT students are conducting the annual Talent Day, from 18th May to 19th May at Sports Hall, Common Hall and MECIT auditorium. Student clubs will be showcasing their talent and skills during this event. Come and be a part of this grand event. |
| Seminar on Information Security, May 16, 2010 |
| Computing department at MECIT organised a seminar on Information Security, which was presented by George Jason Jeya Kumar, VP of EC-Council. The seminar gave answers to so many questions related to security over internet and otherwise.The seminar was attended by students and faculties from all the departments in the college. |
| New programmes at MECIT, May 10, 2010 |
| MECIT is offering two new programmes from Fall 2010 semester. MSC in Information Technology and BSc in Business Informtion Technology are the latest additions. Admissions to these new programmes are open now. |

.In line with our vision of ‘Inspiring Creating Minds’ and building an environment for ‘enhancing students’ experience, MECIT library is organizing ‘Intensive library week’ from 8th to 12th May, 2010 with participation of Students from all departments, as a readership promotion campaign.This is 5th consecutive year that this event is being organized. The purpose of this event is to motivate students for optimum utilization of library resources and to promote reading culture among students |
