- The Department of Mathematics and Applied Sciences has a well-equipped computer laboratory, which provides hands-on experience to develop numeracy skills, problem solving ability and critical thinking, for students studying various modules in Mathematics and Statistics.
- MATLAB and SPSS packages are being used along with MS Excel in laboratory sessions.
- Classroom Presenter and the simulation softwares are being used for classroom delivery for better students’ learning experience.
- The Department extends its support to students through Math and Science Club, beyond the classroom teaching.
- This Department also proposes to have Math Referral Centre to support and train the students at MECIT and Math tutors from various schools at local community as community outreach programme.
